I work at a hardware store where it’s not required that a customer takes the receipt with them. I love the look on some customer’s faces when I try to hand them a receipt and they don’t want it. About 90% of them well throw their hand back before it makes contact with the paper and shout something like, “OHMAHGAWD I DON’T WANT THAT!!!” as they walk away. I make it very clear that I’m not going to keep the receipt by crumpling it up and throwing it away right in front of them.
It’s a dumb complaint, but it makes me laugh when I’m not crying myself to sleep at night because of my dead-end job.

This isn’t the most relevant to me and yet, it is the most relevant. Lava.

Dear Kitty, I hope I am the person who will love this. ‘Cause I do love this. The Mousetrap one looks pretty epic, IMO.

So this is an awesome thing happening in Lancaster PA on Friday! If you’re not doing anything and with in drivable distance of Lancaster you should attend.
